Notable Facts: Miles Varty, Owner of MV Reliability Services Ltd., is a Licensed Aladon RCM3TM Practitioner, receiving his certification in March 2019. Mr. Varty has worked in Heavy Industrial Settings since 1988, including time spent in Forestry (Solid Wood, Pulp and Paper), Mining, Water Treatment, and Waste-Water Treatment. This time includes more than 20 Years as a front-line Supervisor in Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Care. In 2009 he trained as a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM2TM) Facilitator and Implementation Specialist through the Aladon Network. From 2011, Mr. Varty has been involved exclusively in Maintenance Reliability and Asset Management. In his spare time, Miles likes to Bike, Hike, Garden, hang out with Grand kids and travel the world with Laura, his business partner and wife of 30 years.

Expertise: For the past 14 years, Mr. Varty has developed expertise in all facets of Reliability Centered Maintenance, including RCM training, RCM analysis, and extensive experience implementing RCM programs. In 2016 he started MV Reliability.
