Adam is a Reliability and Maintenance Engineering specialist with twenty years experience in the mining, dairy, water and defence sectors, both Private and Public sectors, Adam has worked in all facets of the asset management life cycle including needs development, capital acquisition, installation and the operating and sustainment phases. Adam holds a Masters in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). Adam is an experienced Root Cause Analysis and RCM facilitator who has successfully applied the RCM methodology to a diverse range of high value assets over the course of his career, including underground and surface mining equipment, water treatment facilities and armoured vehicles. He has delivered RCM2 and other Maintenance Engineering courses to both Defence and civilian audiences. Prior to joining Relken, Adam held reliability and asset management roles with the Australian Defence Materiel Organisation, Melbourne Water and a large multinational mining company. In addition to RCM facilitation, Adam has led multiple asset management benchmarking engagements. The most notable of these was the benchmarking of maintenance practices within the Australian Army’s Land Systems Division against the PAS-55 Asset Management specification.

John is an experienced Instructor, Maintenance Manager and RCM Facilitator with experience in all facets of the Capability Life Cycle. He has delivered training and facilitated numerous RCM analyses across the Defence industry and currently his experience is being utilised by the Australian Army in order to drive improvements in costs, safety, maintainability, reliability and availability for the M1A1 Abrams Tank. Prior to joining Relken, John was a serving member of the Australian Army. During this time, he fulfilled many roles including a Radar and Guided Weapons Technician, Instructor, Maintenance Manager and Reliability Technical Advisor. During his role as a Reliability Technical Advisor John co-facilitated two RCM analyses on Military Platforms, with each projecting savings in excess of $30 Mil.
